Denying Reality At Payu2blog

August 17th, 2010 by Tony

Some have criticized payu2blog and our commitment to providing consistent work to our bloggers — and also pointed out in backroom circles,  that its just “not smart business sense”  to pay every 2 weeks… when almost everyone else makes bloggers wait 30 days (or more)  to be paid…
I just want to assure everyone we are firmly grounded in reality here and those things are NOT  going to change.

This is the best of all the pay sites!!! I love being paid every 2 weeks and not every 30 days or having to wait until you make a certain amount of money before you can withdraw your money.

Keep up the great work guys and I appreciate that you let me have the chance to blog for your advertisers.

Take care and don’t change anything. And I love Pay U 2 Blog!!!

I think that Mama Bok pretty much covered all of the reasons to thank you all at PayU2Blog for everything that you do for us bloggers, it’s appreciated far more than I think any of you even realize.
I for 1 really and truly appreciate that PayU2Blog will NOT be changing how the bloggers receive work, and how often and when we are paid.

I would LOVE to know how paying every 2 weeks is not “smart business sense”.
I know that it’s been quite a few years for me since I worked out in the “real world”, (since December 24th 2001) but I recall every payday in the real world at every single 1 of my real world jobs, and some of my real world jobs paid me every other week, or every 2 weeks, and some, OMGosh! They paid us every single Friday at 2pm exactly! *GASP!* *Sound the alarms! They STILL pay their employees every single Friday at 2pm exactly!*

And if it’s NOT “smart business sense” to pay people for the work that they have done every 2 weeks, then how is it that every single 1 of the places that I worked that paid us every 2 weeks, or every other week, and the ones that paid me every single Friday at 2pm, how is it that they are all still in business, even in this down economy, after all of these years?

If you pay the bloggers every 30 days and per opp, and you make the bloggers have a set minimum to be able to cash out at, let’s say $50, the bloggers will just keep working and working and working, they will do every single opp that they can get their hands on because they want to eventually get paid for the work that they did.
They did the work, they want the pay that they rightfully, and legally have earned, but they can’t get paid until they reach the minimum payout amount of $50.00.
“The Other Guys” tell the bloggers that the fees PayPal was charging them is the reason they had to set a minimum, they just couldn’t afford all of the fees anymore.
The bloggers, while really upset that a $7.50 opp that they did 3 months ago, won’t actually be cash in their hand for probably another 5 months, because the pay amounts of the opps have been steadily decreasing instead of increasing, and the bloggers just want to get paid for the work that they have done at some point in the future, (hopefully) so they just keep doing more opps trying to reach the $50 minimum cash out amount.
They no longer get opps that pay anywhere from $5-$25, they are lucky most days if they get an opp that pays $2 for 300 words and 3 links.

Meanwhile, “The Other Guys” know that it’s going to take a very long time for the bloggers to reach the $50 minimum cash out amount based on the rate of pay for the opps, so they can assure all of their current and potential advertisers, that every single opp that they create, regardless of how low paying it is, their opps will all get done.
And they are right, every single opp will get done regardless of how little it pays.
The bloggers want to get paid for the work that they did, they rightfully and legally have earned that money, but they can’t have it due to the cash out minimum rule that “The Other Guys” blame totally on PayPal.
The bloggers are now stuck in a horribly vicious circle of doing opp after seriously low paying opp, in the hopes that they will eventually reach the $50 minimum cash out amount.

Just who is benefiting from the way that it is with “The Other Guys” company?
The owners of “The Other Guys”, and the advertisers of course!
The advertisers are getting every single 1 of their seriously low paying opps done by bloggers who are so desperate to eventually get paid the money they have rightfully and legally earned, and “The Other Guys” are happy because they have been steadily paid by the very happy advertisers who are getting every single 1 of their seriously low paying opps done.

By paying every 30 days, you insure that all of the opps will always get done because the bloggers will not leave until they get paid.
By setting a minimum cash out amount of $50 and still not paying out per opp for 30 days, you’re guaranteed that the bloggers will stay and continue to work because they want the money they have earned, and they will keep on trying to reach that minimum cash out amount because they want the money they have earned, but the rate of pay per opp keeps going down lower and lower, but the bloggers still want the money they have earned.
It just keeps repeating over and over, and the only happy people in the situation are the advertisers and “The Other Guys”.
