We tried doing a “business casual” dress code and sometimes we pull it off but we are all just “Wild and Crazy Guys ” and generally just big dorks so the dress code just didn’t work. We do have fun though.
So in order to be eligible for the drawing, I’d need to send an email, correct? I completely forgot to do that last week, though I promptly put a banner up as soon as I joined PU2B.
Fwiw, my husband also works in a small IT/web based company (hes a developer) and its a really fun environment. Shorts, tevas, pizza or cookouts (with beer!) every friday for lunch. Breeding a fun atmostphere to work in is one of the keys to success. Just look at Google
