    I was going to guess Alaska because it has more coastline.

    But then it could be Tennessee because it’s actually got a “sea” in it. Ok, I’ll shut up now.

    HAWAII would definitely be the answer, although if it were continental US, that would have to be Alaska and contiguous US probably Michigan — too many answers!
