Here is the High Level

You will have to fill out a form so we know for sure who wants to be included, as we are going to have to do some additional tracking of your assignments as part of this contest.

Basically this contest is going to go to the blogger that does the best assignments.  In terms of the posts they do for us.  We will be grabbing a certain number of assignments from each person that wants to win.. and checking to see if they meet some quality criteria .. yes we are going to be judging on writing-grammar – as well as post theme etc… if it qualifies it goes in the HAT.  In the End of March we will be drawing from the HAT the winner.   WE will set up a live video drawing somewhere that people will be able to login to and watch the drawing live.

Some more additions the prize will also be added as we get closer to the end.

Most of the prize is in house now so I can at least say that much.

In order to win you will not really have to do anything more than u already do for us…. full details tomorrow.

This is the Core that will probably have a few other addons to enjoy at disney.

The last video Winner was Jaz.  SO we will be sending her winnings wherever Selif tells us.

Payu2blog has always worked very hard to make sure its members have a regular steady income, and aren’t just “members” to be members…..

We know people that take the time to join up want work!

I just wanted to Drop in and Tell you there are a few campaigns in the works that will pay more than the standard rate… We have few going on now in fact a couple that are paying 25.00 per.  They have in the past been limited but over the next few months plan on even more people having access to assignments over the norm. Most will not be 25.00 but you should start to notice a few regular assignments show up that are paying more than standard.  ( I know that in the  last few months there have been more than a few)

Anyway just a little positive news for all of our members!

The Prize is settled the contest is still under construction…I thought however that it might be a good time to tell you all what the prize is, we have given away  a lot of prizes here, money, mattresses, and other stuff..

We wanted to do something different so here is a hint. Every other hint I had just made it too easy… sorry this is a tough hint.

Here let me see if I can make it a little easier.

To manage expectations:

• Up front there will only be one winner..
• Everyone has to understand they may not win.. and not get mad at everyone else if they do not win… OK?
• Likely we will do more like this throughout the year if it all goes well,  so this will not be the only chance..
• I’m still working out the details but we will either offer  -  a decent  package put together – OR enough money in their dollars to make a nice trip for a small family… or to be used towards anything they offer.
• Transportation will not be included. You’ll have to get there.
• Still working on other details but we will announce as its finalized… hopefully tomorrow, but it could be as long as next week.
• The contest will be around 60 days long and won’t be easy, but I think it will involve not much more than doing what you arleady do here already… sound mysterious ?>

I’ve been reading a lot of year end announcments by companies about their 2008 , and also about how excited they are about the upcoming 2009 for their companies… all that   “I’m so excited about the future of 09 ” .. and some “really big things in the works here at (insert company name here) !”   Stuff.

I can’t help thinking after reading some of it,  that a lot of the pontificating sounded,  well …. forced.   So I want to  give you all some information here about last year, and about next year,  but I don’t want to sound as full of @@@@ as I think some of the other posts at other companies did. 

Here Goes:

I think Payu2blog has always done things a little differently, to say the least.

We truly care about our people, both our inside company people and bloggers.  I know many of you have never had that personal interaction with us,  but there a few peeeps out there that have seen live examples of that.

Our Core Business Plan was never to go out and  get funding and be into someone else’s pocket for the functioning of our business.

Why do you care about any of that?  –  That meant from the start we had to make sure we ran a profitable business… if we do that  then everyone wins.  Advertisers win, our bloggers win ( more assignments with happy adverts,)  and our employees win by having jobs.

So while other companies may  blow I mean spend on things like lavish vacations business trips, trade shows, focus groups, big productions videos large scale advertising etc.. etc….. we have kept things simple and focused on Advert Happiness, Blogger happiness (paying as fast as possible, and trying not to make crazy demands of your sites) in order to have a successufl company.

Guess what ?   We have more advertisers than ever, our inside sales team has done a tremendous job of gaining new clients ( Hats off to Sales) – which has enabled us to grow bloggers, and number of  employees,  and increased business so everyone is making money and( just as important) having fun.

Are we perfect?  Nope, Do we mistakes?  Absolutely.  Do I misspell and use bad grammar?  ummm

So all @@@ aside- Payu2blog will be here for a long time as  a scource of income for you, our bloggers.

Our focus on healthy  growth of adverts, controlled growth of  bloggers, and allocating money correctly, and not spending stupidly- has ensured we will be here, sending you assignments for a long while.  Yay!
